Publishing your website is a one-off $99 build, not part of the subscription. Going live — connecting the receptionist to your number, publishing a social post, finalising a payslip — needs a paid plan rather than the free trial. And projects, progress claims and retention are Builder-plan features that never appear on a trade plan. Everything named on this page is on all three trade plans.

Each one does a single job

64 separate AI features, not one chatbot asked to do everything. The quote drafter works out what the job involves and is never shown a price. The prices come afterwards, off your own rates. The reply writer reads the conversation so far and what your business does. The call summariser writes down what was said. Narrow jobs are the ones AI is actually good at.

Briefed on your business, not a generic model

The ones that write for you get the part of your business they need before they write a word: your services and hours, your saved rates, your own wording. Pricing goes furthest. It leans on what you have quoted before, weighted toward the quotes that were accepted and away from the ones that were declined, so the number that comes back is yours getting sharper rather than a guess.

It drafts. You send

Quotes, invoices and replies get written, and then they wait. None of them reaches a customer until you tap send. The messages that do go out on their own are the ones you switched on yourself: the invoice chases, the booking reminders, the review requests. Turn any of them off whenever you like.

Metered and on the record

Every call is metered against your business and written to a cost record: tokens, dollars, how long it took, whether it worked. There is a daily ceiling too, and once it is reached new calls stop. You are never guessing what the AI did or what it cost you.

Yes. Put as many invoices on a job as it needs: a deposit up front for the tile and adhesive, the balance on completion. You decide what each one covers, and the ones that run past due get chased by text and email without you asking.

If the plan is scaled, yes. Scale it once and trace the floors and wall runs, and Galaxera returns square metres with the openings you mark taken out. You can add a waste percentage, and the quantities carry onto the quote.

You're paying for seats and phone time. All fourteen are on Solo, Crew and Office alike. The plans differ on how many owner logins you get and how many receptionist and voice minutes come with the month. Use two of the fourteen or all of them; the bill is the same.
