Job Management
Every job, every detail, in one place instead of across three notebooks and a group chat.
14 days free · no card required
The job details live in your head, and that doesn't scale.
What was agreed, what's been ordered, which photos matter, who's turning up Thursday: it's spread across texts, a diary and memory. Forget something and it's a return trip. Take a day off and nobody else can pick it up.
Why it is worth it.
Nothing gets forgotten
Checklists and notes travel with the job, so the return trip doesn't happen.
Anyone can pick it up
The job record is complete enough for a worker to run it without ringing you.
A real history
Every job for a customer, grouped by site, so you know what you did there years ago.
See the week, move the week.
Drag a job when the weather turns and the right people get told. Clashes are flagged before two workers land at the same address.
Everything about the job, on the job.
Notes, photos, materials and checklists live on the record, so the person doing the work has what they need without ringing you.
From booked to billed without a gap.
The job carries its materials from the accepted quote and turns into an invoice when it's done.
What it looks like in the app.
Every screen below is the shipped product, not a drawing.

The specifics.
Each one is a thing the product does, not a benefit statement.
Every job in one place
Customer, site, schedule, materials, notes and photos on a single record.
Checklists that appear by themselves
Your job checklist is seeded onto the job the moment it's created.
Photos that stay with the job
Site photos attach to the job, not your camera roll.
Assign the right person
Put a worker on the job and Galaxera flags a clash before you double-book them.
Recurring work books itself
Servicing and maintenance repeat on a schedule and appear when they're due.
Certificates signed on site
Raise a compliance certificate from the job and get it signed before you leave.
Job history by address
Every job at a property, grouped by site, going back years.
Straight to invoice
Finish the job and bill it without re-entering anything.
It warns you about a clash
Assign someone who is already booked at that time and you hear about it before the customer does.
- Galaxera records the certificate the licensed worker fills in and signs. It doesn't certify work or check a licence. The tradesperson is the certifier.
- The completion report is a record of the work done, not a certificate of compliance. Test results belong on the compliance certificate, where a licensed worker enters them.
- Google Calendar is write-out plus free/busy. Jobs created in Google don't come back into Galaxera.
Before you ask.
Yes. A customer's jobs are grouped by site, so a property you last touched in 2021 still has its notes, its photos and its documents against it. Handy when you get the call about the same switchboard four years later.
That's the idea. Raise it from the job itself and it comes up with the right form for the trade and the state where there is one: Victoria's COES, the NSW CCEW, Victorian plumbing, Queensland's Form 4, a gas compliance certificate, and a general form elsewhere. The licensed worker enters the test results and signs, the customer counter-signs, and the PDF is stored against that job and sent to them on a private link. Galaxera records what the licensed worker fills in. It doesn't certify the work or check a licence.
Yes. Servicing and maintenance contracts create themselves when they're due, so the annual job doesn't quietly stop happening the year you get busy.
Goes well with.
