What it connects to, and which way.
Every connection below names the direction the data actually moves. Where something only goes one way, it says so, and the things Galaxera does not connect to have their own section.
Accounting sync
Your books stay in step without double entry.
Xero
Two-wayInvoices and payments sync both directions, on every plan. Mark an invoice paid in Xero and Galaxera sees it; raise one in Galaxera and Xero gets it.
QuickBooks Online
Outbound onlyGalaxera pushes invoices out. It does not read payments back, so you still match payments up in QuickBooks.
MYOB
Outbound onlySame as QuickBooks: invoices are pushed out, nothing is read back.

Your Galaxera number
Calls and SMSSearch and buy a number in the app. Calls ring your mobile first and fall back to the receptionist; texts land in the same inbox as everything else.
Inbound MMS
InboundPhotos a customer texts you are attached to the thread, so a job comes with its evidence.
Send from your own address, book into your own diary.
Gmail
Send onlyQuotes, invoices and replies go out from your own Gmail address. Galaxera does not read your mailbox — the send scope is the only one it asks for.
Google Calendar
Two-wayJobs booked in Galaxera appear in your calendar, and what is already in your calendar blocks the times the receptionist can offer.
Email forwarding
InboundPoint your existing address at Galaxera and enquiries arrive in the unified inbox alongside calls and texts.
Turn a finished job into a post before you have packed the van. Email campaigns to your past customers go out through the inbox you connected above, so they arrive from your address.
Facebook Pages
PublishPost a finished job straight to your business Page, with the photo and the caption drafted for you.
Same post, published to a connected Instagram business account.
What it does not do.
A connection you assumed you had costs more than one you never had, so these are written down.
Gaps
- Card payments. Galaxera doesn't take payments, and there is no processor in the product — invoices carry your bank details.
- Outlook and Microsoft 365. Not connected.
- LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Not connected; social publishing is Facebook Pages and Instagram.
- STP and ATO payroll lodgement. Galaxera produces payslips and payroll reports; it does not lodge.
- WhatsApp replies. Inbound only — you cannot reply to it from Galaxera.
