Invoicing
Invoice the day you finish, and let Galaxera do the chasing.
14 days free · no card required
Chasing money is the worst part of the job, so it doesn't get done.
Invoices go out late because the paperwork piles up. Then they go unpaid, and chasing means an awkward call you keep putting off. Meanwhile you've already paid for the materials. The work was profitable. The cash flow wasn't.
Why it is worth it.
Less time chasing
Same-day invoicing and automatic reminders on overdue accounts shorten the gap between finishing and being paid.
No awkward phone calls
The follow-ups go out on their own, politely and on time, so you don't have to.
Nothing slips
See what's owed and how overdue it is without digging through a folder.
Finish the job. Send the invoice. Before you leave.
The invoice is built from the job you just finished, so there's nothing to re-type at 9pm.
It asks for the money so you do not have to.
Set how many days after sending, and how often. Galaxera follows up by email and text in your wording, and stops the second you're paid.
Your books stay matched without double entry.
Connect Xero once. Invoices you raise here appear there, and a payment reconciled in Xero marks the invoice paid here, which cancels the chasing.

The specifics.
Each one is a thing the product does, not a benefit statement.
Invoice straight from the job
The work and materials are already there. Turn a finished job into an invoice in a tap.
Branded PDF, sent your way
Your logo, your terms, delivered by email or text with a hosted link.
Chases the money for you
Overdue invoices get followed up automatically on the schedule you set.
Chasing stops on payment
Mark it paid and the reminders end immediately. Nobody gets nagged after paying.
They can tell you they have paid
Customers tap to say the transfer has gone through, and you get notified.
Your bank details on every invoice
BSB and account on the invoice and the hosted page, so there is no excuse.
Xero both directions
Invoices flow to Xero, and payments reconciled there mark it paid here.
See what is owed at a glance
Draft, sent, overdue and paid, with the total outstanding on screen.
GST that follows your registration
Nothing is charged if you are not registered, and the tax label changes with it, so the document is never misleading.
- Customers pay by bank transfer or cash. Galaxera doesn't take card payments on your behalf.
- Two-way payment sync is Xero only. QuickBooks and MYOB receive invoices but don't send payment status back.
- Xero marks an invoice paid only when it's settled in full. A part payment won't stop the chase early.
Before you ask.
Yes. Raise it straight off the finished job, with the materials and the hours already on it, and send it as a branded PDF by email or text. The end-of-week invoicing pile is the thing most owners notice going first.
Galaxera does, by text and email, on the schedule you set and in your wording. It's the job nobody wants and the one that's worth the most, and it never doubles up or forgets. One screen shows you what's still owed and how far past due it is.
Mark it paid and the chasing stops that second. Your bank details are on every invoice, and the customer can tap to tell you they've sent it, which lands with you rather than moving any money. If you're on Xero, a payment reconciled there marks the invoice paid here too, so you're never chasing something that's already settled.
Goes well with.
