What it will not do
- Customers pay by bank transfer or cash. Galaxera doesn't take card payments on your behalf.
- Two-way payment sync is Xero only. QuickBooks and MYOB receive invoices but don't send payment status back.
- Xero marks an invoice paid only when it's settled in full. A part payment won't stop the chase early.

Galaxera does, by text and email, on the schedule you set and in your wording. It's the job nobody wants and the one that's worth the most, and it never doubles up or forgets. One screen shows you what's still owed and how far past due it is.
Mark it paid and the chasing stops that second. Your bank details are on every invoice, and the customer can tap to tell you they've sent it, which lands with you rather than moving any money. If you're on Xero, a payment reconciled there marks the invoice paid here too, so you're never chasing something that's already settled.
