Data Deletion

When you connect Facebook and Instagram, Galaxera stores only what's needed to publish the posts you create: your Facebook Page ID and name, your linked Instagram Business account ID and username, and an encrypted Page access token. We do not store your Facebook password or your personal profile data.

• In Galaxera: open Marketing Campaign and click Disconnect on the Facebook & Instagram banner. This immediately removes the stored connection and access token.
• In Facebook: go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Galaxera, and remove it. Facebook notifies us and we delete the connection.
• By email: contact us at privacy@galaxera.com.au and we will delete your connection data and confirm.

Deleting the connection stops all publishing and removes the stored token; it does not delete anything from your Facebook or Instagram accounts.
