Galaxera for plumbers

Burst pipes don't wait for you to finish the last job.

Two emergencies, one quoted renovation, and every missed call already written down.

Someone always answersThe AI receptionist picks up when you can't, works out what's leaking, where, and how urgent, then texts you the summary so you call back knowing the job. It runs on the hours you set, including the ones you're asleep for.

Your best jobs arrive as emergencies, and emergencies ring twice.

The call you missed

When water's coming through a ceiling, they ring three plumbers and go with whoever answers. You're under a house with both hands full, so it goes to voicemail and the job goes to the next bloke. It is not a pricing problem, it's a pick-up problem.

What it’s costing you
right now.

No product in this section. Just the three things that quietly take money out of a trade business like yours.

The first plumber to answer wins the job

An emergency caller isn't shopping around, they're working down a list. Whoever picks up gets the work, and it's decided in under a minute. Voicemail doesn't hold the job for you, because most people hang up rather than leave one.

After hours is your best-paid work and your worst-covered

The burst pipe at seven on a Sunday night is premium work. It's also the hour you're least likely to be near the phone, so the calls that pay the most are the ones most likely to ring out.

Small invoices you never get around to chasing

A tap washer and a callout fee isn't a job you want to ring someone about three times. So it doesn't get chased, and a hundred of those a year is real money sitting in other people's accounts.

What it does for plumbers.

Six answers, in the order a week actually runs: win the work, price it, get paid, run the job, run the crew, know the numbers. Each one is tied to something the product ships.

Quote from the van

Talk the quote through hands-free on the drive to the next job. Galaxera writes it up from your own saved rates and you check it before you send it.

Invoice before you've packed up

Turn the finished job straight into an invoice, then let the reminders chase the overdue ones by text and email so you're not the one ringing about money. Chasing stops the moment it's marked paid.

Job history at the address

See what you did at a property last time before you get out of the van. Useful when it's the same tired hot water system, and useful when the agent asks what you charged in March.

The second van's hours, straight

They clock on and off from their own phones. You sign the week off, and the payslips build themselves from what you signed.

Know what the call-outs actually returned

Money in from paid invoices, materials recorded against the job they went on, the crew's pay from actual payslips, and what that leaves. Recorded actuals, never a projection.

The four that run the week.

And the other 10,
on the same plan.

Those four plus these 10 is the whole product — 14 of them, and the three trade plans carry an identical feature set. You choose seats and phone time, never features.

Nothing rings out

  • Mobile AI Voice Assistant
Run the admin by talking: hands dirty, phone in your pocket, driving between jobs.
  • Unified Inbox
The missed call, the follow-up text and the agent's email about the same leak sit in one list, so nothing falls between the phone and the laptop.
  • AI Reply Drafting
The reply to a property manager is already drafted from the job. Read it, change what you want, send, instead of writing it at nine at night.

Priced and billed

The week, the crew, the numbers

  • Team Management
Rosters, timesheets, payslips and leave, without a shoebox of paperwork.
  • Reporting & Analytics
Whether emergency work or renovation work is carrying the business, from paid invoices and recorded materials rather than a hunch.
  • Xero Integration
Send the invoice and Xero has it. Mark the money in over there and the chasing stops over here. BAS week stops eating a weekend.

More work coming in

  • Automated Follow-ups
Booking reminders before you arrive so you stop turning up to empty houses, and a review request after a job goes well.
  • Website Creation
A proper website for your business, built from details you've already entered.
  • Marketing
Post the job you just finished, and email the customers who have gone quiet.

Two setup notes. Email reaches the inbox once you forward it to your Galaxera address — connecting Google lets Galaxera send as you, never read your mail. And Instagram posting needs an Instagram Business Account linked to your Facebook Page; Facebook works on its own.

What sits outside it
Publishing your website is a one-off $99 build, not part of the subscription. Going live — connecting the receptionist to your number, publishing a social post, finalising a payslip — needs a paid plan rather than the free trial. And projects, progress claims and retention are Builder-plan features that never appear on a trade plan. Everything named on this page is on all three trade plans.

It does the work.
You’re still the boss.

Galaxera runs 64 AI features across the business: answering the phone, drafting, summarising, pricing, scheduling, writing your posts and your marketing emails. Every one of them is pointed at a single job, briefed on your business, and does nothing you haven't switched on.

Each one does a single job

64 separate AI features, not one chatbot asked to do everything. The quote drafter works out what the job involves and is never shown a price. The prices come afterwards, off your own rates. The reply writer reads the conversation so far and what your business does. The call summariser writes down what was said. Narrow jobs are the ones AI is actually good at.

Briefed on your business, not a generic model

The ones that write for you get the part of your business they need before they write a word: your services and hours, your saved rates, your own wording. Pricing goes furthest. It leans on what you have quoted before, weighted toward the quotes that were accepted and away from the ones that were declined, so the number that comes back is yours getting sharper rather than a guess.

It drafts. You send

Quotes, invoices and replies get written, and then they wait. None of them reaches a customer until you tap send. The messages that do go out on their own are the ones you switched on yourself: the invoice chases, the booking reminders, the review requests. Turn any of them off whenever you like.

Metered and on the record

Every call is metered against your business and written to a cost record: tokens, dollars, how long it took, whether it worked. There is a daily ceiling too, and once it is reached new calls stop. You are never guessing what the AI did or what it cost you.

Plumbers ask us this.

The receptionist can answer outside your normal hours, capture what's wrong and how urgent it is, and text you the summary so you can decide whether it's worth heading out tonight.

Yes. You can build and send a quote from your phone, including by voice: you talk through the job and the prices, and Galaxera drafts it for you to check and send.

No, and that's deliberate. It captures the job, the address and how urgent it is, and it can book a real time from your calendar, but it won't put a number on plumbing work it can't see. Pricing stays with you.

No. You choose on seats and phone time, never on features. The fourteen products sit on Solo, Crew and Office alike. The portal your plumbers log their hours in doesn't cost anything on any of them.

Raise it off the finished job with the materials and the hours already on it, and send it as a branded PDF by text or email. Your bank details are on it, the customer taps to tell you they've sent the money, and anything overdue gets chased by Galaxera on the schedule you set.
