What's on the payslip?

It's laid out on the Fair Work template: employer ABN, pay period, hours and rates, PAYG, super and fund, with superannuation at 12% by default. The PDF matches what you preview before you issue it. PAYG is estimated from the 2024-25 resident tax rates plus the 2% Medicare levy, and you can change it on any slip.

Do my workers need a paid seat?

Employees get a free self-service portal for timesheets, leave and payslips on every plan, including Core. Seats are for logins to the office app. Employees on the portal never use one.
