Your best marketing is the work you already did, and nobody sees it.

Good work photographs well. But writing a caption after a ten-hour day doesn't happen, so the photos sit in your camera roll. Meanwhile the two hundred people you have already done work for haven't heard from you since the invoice, and when their hot water goes they ring whoever is first on Google.

Why it is worth it.

    Marketing that fits the day

Posting stops being a task and becomes part of closing out a job.

    Old customers come back

A note before winter or at Christmas is the cheapest work you will ever win. They already know you.

    Proof of your work

People checking you out find finished jobs instead of a page that went quiet two years ago.

Marketing that fits into packing up.

Pick a few photos from the job you just finished, check the caption, and post, before you have left the driveway.

Two hundred people who already trust you.

Every customer with an email address, sorted by how long it has been since you were there. Pick an occasion: Christmas, before the cold snap, 30 June. The email comes back written about your trade, in your words.

    Scheduled, but never automatic.

Set a post or a campaign to go later if you like. Nothing reaches a customer or your accounts without you choosing to.

Captions written for you

A caption drafted for the job and your trade, with hashtags.

Email your past customers

Christmas, a winter check-up, end of financial year, a quiet week you want to fill. Pick the reason and the email gets written.

It knows who has gone cold

Your customers come up sorted by how long since their last job, so you can email the ones from over a year ago and leave last week's alone.

Sends from your own address

Campaigns go out through the inbox you connected, so customers see your name and your address rather than ours.

Before and after layouts

Show the difference in one image.

Your branding on everything

Logo and brand colour on the photo and through the email.

Facebook and Instagram

Publish to your Facebook Page and Instagram account.

Schedule it for later

Line posts and campaigns up and let them go out on their own.

What it will not do
  • Social publishing is Facebook Pages and Instagram. Other networks aren't supported.
  • Instagram posts need at least one image, and go out as a single image rather than a carousel.
  • Email campaigns send through your own connected inbox, so they sit under that account's daily send limit. A big list goes out in batches rather than all at once, and an inbox has to be connected before anything sends.
  • Campaigns go to customers already in Galaxera. There is no imported mailing list, no SMS campaign, and no open or click tracking.

Before you ask.

There are 19 reasons sitting there ready, and the timely ones come first, so you open it in November and Christmas and storm season are at the top. A plain hello. A winter check-up. End of financial year before 30 June. A quiet-week discount, a new service, or the fact that you are working in their street next Tuesday. Pick one and the email comes back written for your trade, in your words, ready to change.

Galaxera already knows when you last did work for each of them, so the list comes up bucketed: under a month, one to three, three to six, six to twelve, over a year. The people who haven't seen you in eighteen months are the ones most likely to have forgotten your name, and they are the easiest to pick out.

From you. It sends through your own connected inbox, so your name and your address are what land in theirs, and the design carries your logo and your brand colour. Drop a photo from a real job into the top of it and it looks like something you had made.

No. It is drafted from the job and your trade with the hashtags already on it, and you can flick between a few versions before you settle. Every word is editable, and nothing reaches your Facebook Page or Instagram until you tap publish.

Goes well with.
