Limits
The assistant drafts quotes and invoices. Sending them is always a deliberate step you take. It can hold the conversation in languages other than English when you turn them on.

Limits
GST is applied based on whether your business is GST-registered, so quotes match your actual tax position. Price suggestions come from your own past quotes. A brand-new business starts with an empty history and builds it as quotes are accepted or declined.

Limits
The count is a DRAFT, not an answer. Tapping one symbol finds repeats of it, and a vision model names the symbol and prunes the matches. But it misses some, and it pins some that are not there. Detected marks stay dashed until you review the page and confirm them, and reviewing is a real part of the job rather than a formality. It measures geometry: counts, metres, square metres and cubic metres. It does not convert those into litres of paint, cubic metres of mix, or lengths of cable, and it does not order materials from a supplier. Scale accuracy depends on the drawing. A plan that is not to scale, or a photograph taken at an angle, will measure as it is drawn. Takeoffs are metered: five jobs a month on Solo, ten on Crew and fifteen on Office and Builder, then $4 a job after that. Roof measurement covers what the imagery provider has flown, and the figures it returns are theirs. The panel count offered before you place anything is usable area divided by panel size, so it knows nothing about shading, access paths or an obstruction the photograph missed. The roof side is a layout and pricing tool, not solar design software. There is no shading study, no string sizing and no structural check, and the engineering judgement stays with you. STC and battery rebate figures are estimates worked out from the certificate price you enter, shown beside the bill and never added to it. Galaxera is not connected to the Clean Energy Regulator and does not lodge or trade certificates.

Limits
Customers pay by bank transfer or cash. Galaxera doesn't take card payments on your behalf. Two-way payment sync is Xero only. QuickBooks and MYOB receive invoices but don't send payment status back. Xero marks an invoice paid only when it's settled in full. A part payment won't stop the chase early.

Limits
Galaxera records the certificate the licensed worker fills in and signs. It doesn't certify work or check a licence. The tradesperson is the certifier. The completion report is a record of the work done, not a certificate of compliance. Test results belong on the compliance certificate, where a licensed worker enters them. Google Calendar is write-out plus free/busy. Jobs created in Google don't come back into Galaxera.

Limits
Employees get a free self-service portal. Your plan's seat count covers full-access logins only. PAYG is worked out from the current resident tax brackets plus the Medicare levy, not the ATO's withholding tables. Every slip carries that note, and you can override the amount. Confirm with your accountant. Galaxera doesn't lodge Single Touch Payroll to the ATO.

Limits
Reports show recorded actuals only. Galaxera doesn't forecast revenue or estimate margins it can't check. Figures are only as complete as what's been entered: expenses you never recorded can't appear in a cost line. The Reports page shows KPI tiles and proportional expense bars, not trend charts or dashboards with graphs.

Covers phone calls, SMS, email and web enquiries. Email has to be pointed at Galaxera before it can arrive. Connecting Google gives Galaxera permission to SEND from your address and nothing else. It cannot read your Gmail. Incoming mail reaches the inbox by forwarding it to the Galaxera address shown in setup.

Rules that keep you out of trouble

Limits
Follow-ups run on rules you set. Invoice chases stop when an invoice is paid; quote reminders clear from your Today list when a quote is accepted or declined. Customers who opt out of messages stop receiving them. Quote follow-ups come back to you as reminders. Galaxera doesn't message the customer about a quote on your behalf. Invoice chases, booking reminders and review requests are the ones that reach the customer. Galaxera can't tell whether a customer opened your quote or invoice. Follow-ups run on the dates, not on read receipts.

Xero Integration

Invoices and payments stay in step with your books, both directions.

Limits
You need to select which bank account payments are drawn from before payment sync starts working. Payment sync flips an invoice to paid only when Xero shows it settled in full. A part payment won't stop the chase early. Only invoices Galaxera sent can come back as paid. An invoice you raised directly in Xero has nothing here to match to. QuickBooks and MYOB receive invoices but don't send payment status back. Two-way is Xero alone.

  • Tick the ones you want, or take a whole bracket at once
  • Anyone who unsubscribed or opted out of messages is shown as skipped, not quietly dropped

Limits
Social publishing is Facebook Pages and Instagram. Other networks aren't supported. Instagram posts need at least one image, and go out as a single image rather than a carousel. Email campaigns send through your own connected inbox, so they sit under that account's daily send limit. A big list goes out in batches rather than all at once, and an inbox has to be connected before anything sends. Campaigns go to customers already in Galaxera. There is no imported mailing list, no SMS campaign, and no open or click tracking. Social posts can be scheduled. An email campaign cannot: you press send and it goes out in batches from there.

Answers callers in 18 languages.

It picks up the caller's language from their first words: no menu, no press 2. You can also set which language it opens every call in, and the recording disclosure is translated too.
