Pick on office logins and phone time. One person running the business starts on Core. A crew with someone in the office, up to five logins, starts on Growth. If you bill staged work by progress claims, or need more than five logins, Scale.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Nothing breaks. Extra phone minutes bill at $0.45, hands-free voice at $0.50, extra texts at $0.15 each (a long text counts once per 160 characters) and extra plan takeoffs at $4.00 a job. Same rate on every plan. Prepaid packs are used before any per-minute overage.
What counts as a phone minute?
Every minute on your Galaxera number: calls the receptionist answers, and calls you pick up on your mobile when it rings you first.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial runs 14 days with no card, and you can cancel any time. Set-up, quoting, invoicing, jobs, the calendar, the inbox, timesheets and reporting all work on it. Three things wait for a paid plan because they go out to the world: connecting the receptionist to a phone number, publishing a social post, and payslips (building them from timesheets, finalising or downloading them).
Is Xero really on every plan?
Yes. Invoices and credit notes go to Xero, and payments sync both ways.
Am I getting a cut-down version on the cheapest plan?
No. Core carries the same fourteen products as Growth: the receptionist, the inbox, quoting, invoicing, jobs, the calendar, crew, timesheets, reporting, Xero, your website and your marketing. You're paying for logins and monthly phone time, not for features being unlocked.
What is the Scale plan for?
Staged work billed on a schedule of values: renovations, fit-outs, builds, big installs. It adds projects, cumulative progress claims, a retention ledger and portfolio reporting on top of the full back office, plus fifteen office logins. Any trade can use it.
