Will it chase the balance I'd otherwise ring about?
Yes. Overdue invoices get a nudge by text and email on by default at 7, 14 and 30 days, in the tone you pick, and it stops the day the invoice is marked paid. You never have to make the awkward call about a slab you poured in March.
Can I take a deposit before the truck is booked?
Yes. Raise more than one invoice off the same job, so a deposit covers the mix and the balance follows on completion. You decide what each one covers rather than a schedule splitting it for you, and both carry your bank details.
What happens when a pour gets rained off?
Move the booking in the calendar and Galaxera moves the customer's reminders and drafts a text with the new time. A crew member booked twice shows as a clash. The job keeps its notes, photos and invoice on the same record through the reschedule.
Do I need a bigger plan for the reporting and the crew tools?
No. The fourteen are on every plan. Core and Growth part company on office logins and on monthly phone, voice and text allowances, and nowhere else. Scale adds progress claims on top.
